The Retrieval Test is provided by Infokus Marketing and AI Agency Pty Ltd ("Infokus", "we", "us"). By running the test, or by reading a report it produces, you agree to these terms.

1. What the test is

A free tool that fetches one publicly available web page the way several AI systems do, and reports what they receive and whether it is in a form a machine can use. A result describes one page at one moment. It is general information, not advice, and it does not measure or guarantee whether any AI platform cites, recommends or ranks a business.

2. Fair use

You may run the test on public web pages for your own business, or for a business you work with. The full report is limited to one per email address, and we may limit how often the test can be run.

3. What you must not do

You must not do any of the following, or have anyone or anything do it on your behalf:

• run the test using scripts, bots, AI agents or any other automated means, or get around the checks that confirm a person is using it;
• run it systematically, or collect its results in bulk, to work out or reproduce how it tests and scores pages;
• copy, adapt or republish the test, its scoring, its report format or its wording to build or promote a similar product or service;
• use it in a way that disrupts any website, or to reach anything that is not a public web page.

4. Ownership

The test, its methods, scoring, software, report design and wording belong to Infokus and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may keep, print and share your own report.

5. Your details

The email address you give us is used as described where you enter it. We never sell or share it, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

6. No guarantee

The test is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.

7. Changes and access

We may change the test or these terms at any time, and may stop anyone who breaches them from using it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
